As a prototype development maker, we, C-COM Co., Ltd., process and assemble various sheet metal parts, and design, manufacture, and sell molds and jigs for those parts. We support product development with a variety of prototype technologies. In addition, we are constantly updating equipment and systems, such as introducing a laser processing machine, for the first time in western Japan. Under the motto of "More corrosion resistance (toughness) and shine to stainless steel," we, as a research-based company, have developed and popularized a neutral salt electrolysis burn removal method for removing weld burns on stainless steel without using toxic or deleterious chemicals. We have also developed a surface modification method called "Ultra Passivation," which is effective in preventing pitting corrosion, a drawback of stainless steel, and stress corrosion cracking, which is the most feared problem in various types of plants made of stainless steel. These technologies won the "Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award" at the 8th Monodzukuri Nippon Grand Awards in January 2020. Prior to this, the company was selected as a "Company Driving Regional Growth" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry at the end of 2017. In addition, the company is currently expanding its business nationwide by providing ultra passivation treatment services for currently operating food machinery, chemical plants, and other equipment and facilities.

Combining skill backed by refined know-how and high accuracy machining that utilizes NC (numerically controlled) machinery, IPM can produce extremely precise master models and developmental products according to orders. IPM undertakes a diverse range of work from simple cube-shape fabrications to complex engine parts. We are capable of the full process: prototype -> finished product. A choice of materials is available for orders including plastic, FPR (fiberglass reinforced plastic) and wood.

For about 40 years, we have been producing ductile cast iron (mainly sheaves and wheels), and we are working on opening markets for defect-free thin-walled products as well as demanding machine tool parts (spindle head, etc.) lately. Since you can clean molten metal with our self-developed Kinoshita electric arc furnace, you can minimize damage generation and consistently produce ductile cast iron that is homogeneous to the inside. You can also cast thin-walled products thanks to high fluidity provided by our electric arc furnace. Also, we participate in the development of manganese removal device as a measure for reusing multicomponenting iron scrap (for example manganese, high tensile strength steel). We also propose refining processes combining Kinoshita electric arc furnace and manganese removal device, and design sales.

Kyoshin Surfacing delivers cost reduction for customers by extending the service life of products and production equipment through surface modification technologies such as thermal spraying and weld overlay (cladding). By applying surface treatments to areas that require enhanced performance, we add functions tailored to specific needs, including wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and rust prevention. ※What is Thermal Spraying? Thermal spraying is a technology in which materials such as metals or ceramics are heated, converted into fine particles, and sprayed onto a substrate surface using high-temperature, high-pressure gas flow or plasma to form a coating. Through this process, it is possible to impart properties such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and thermal insulation to the surface of the base material. Thermal spraying applications are broadly divided into two categories: Functional enhancement, such as improving wear resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and rust prevention Repair and refurbishment, such as restoring worn components and extending their usable life

We manufacture apparatus mainly for mixing, storage and transportation of resin raw materials including machined parts, especially precision sheet metal such as stainless steel. We can handle general sheet metal processing and machining, specializing in stainless steel processing.
