Hirotsuku produces traditional Japanese side-dishes such as tsukudani (fish boiled in soy sauce) and cooked beans. We focus special efforts on quality control and development of new products, using fresh ideas from our young and creative staff members. We have much experience with development of new products in this industry. Since our development of komochi-konbu (cooked kelp covered with herring roe), we have continued to introduce new hit products including a mix for hijiki kamameshi rice, shiso-flavored hijiki seaweed, wasabi-flavored nori seaweed, and wasabi-flavored konbu seaweed.

Since started our business in 1921 as a wood pattern maker for castings, we have expanded business activities into various related technological fields.  By fully utilizing our craftsmanship and CAD/CAM technology, we provide various products such as casting dies and molds, welding tools for car body assembly and various castings consistently from design, manufacturing to trial.

Our company was founded in 1985 by three craftsmen of wooden pattern. Since then, thanks to our business partners, we have grown to 39 employees and 8 machining centers. Currently, we are engaged in three businesses: industrial models, auto parts inspection jigs, and models for automobile development.
