Kawada Corporation is a manufacture of automotive parts mainly producing chassis and drive-lines perfectlyobserving international quality standard of TS16949 and environmental operation standard of ISO-14001. In themean time, Kawada also delivers fully integrated product manufacturing from development and design to diedesign and casting, forging, machining and assembling.

For about 40 years, we have been producing ductile cast iron (mainly sheaves and wheels), and we are working on opening markets for defect-free thin-walled products as well as demanding machine tool parts (spindle head, etc.) lately. Since you can clean molten metal with our self-developed Kinoshita electric arc furnace, you can minimize damage generation and consistently produce ductile cast iron that is homogeneous to the inside. You can also cast thin-walled products thanks to high fluidity provided by our electric arc furnace. Also, we participate in the development of manganese removal device as a measure for reusing multicomponenting iron scrap (for example manganese, high tensile strength steel). We also propose refining processes combining Kinoshita electric arc furnace and manganese removal device, and design sales.

Kubo Seifudo is engaged in the restoration and remounting of all kinds of Eastern artworks and documents. We have inherited and refined the traditional skills necessary for preserving and restoring a broad range of cultural materials, including paintings, books, documents, and shoheiga (wall and folding-screen pictorial art) from the Heian period (794 - 1192), middle ages, and modern times. We are one of only a few studios which with the technology to restore paintings, classical books, old documents, pictures, and other artworks and scholarly reference materials.

- Tomotetsu Kogyo delivers all kinds of castings, including various types of castings for metal dies, from a JIS-approved plant with full quality assurance. - Tomotetsu Kogyo contributes to urban landscaping projects through iron manhole covers, cast monuments, and other products. - Castings for automotive press dies are manufactured by direct carving of styrofoam, based on 3-D CAD data, to create the die. From casting to machining, we can provide high-quality products in a short amount of time.

We offer fluid control solutions, using unique products created from new patented theories and our extensive know-how to resolve a broad range of problems (such as degassing defoaming, self-priming, water hammer prevention, automated control, and corrosion prevention) which occur when working with water and other fluids. The products which we develop and manufacture include degassing equipment which can hygienically and economically prevent corrosion and rust in building and apartment pipes; degassing equipment which can efficiently remove bubbles which form during the manufacture of foods and other products; self-priming pumps which take up and transport water and air together; enhanced self-priming pumps which can easily take up and transport waste water and sludge, check valves which can prevent the water hammer effects in piping; automated control valves which can control flow, pressure, and water level without the use of electricity; and special stainless steel alloys which do not corrode even when exposed to seawater and brine.
