Ota Chuzo was founded in 1923. Our factory is a spacious building on a large plot, surrounded by nature. “Making products that meet with our customers’ satisfaction,” and “approaching new forms of creation with a spirit of challenge” are our policies for producing numerous high quality, high precision cast metal products. We’ve built a continuous production system covering design, model making, casting, heat treatment, painting, machining, sheet metal working, and plate working. The production capacity for cast iron products (from 1 kg to 12 tons) is 550 tons per month. As a new challenge, we have started working on the development and manufacture of bio-toilets. In 2004, we established two subsidiaries, “Japan Engineering Works Co., Ltd.” and “O-Cast Thai Co., Ltd.” in Thailand, and are now planning on strengthening the areas of business and machining.
