Kinoshita Seisakusho Co., Ltd.

For about 40 years, we have been producing ductile cast iron (mainly sheaves and wheels), and we are working on opening markets for defect-free thin-walled products as well as demanding machine tool parts (spindle head, etc.) lately. Since you can clean molten metal with our self-developed Kinoshita electric arc furnace, you can minimize damage generation and consistently produce ductile cast iron that is homogeneous to the inside. You can also cast thin-walled products thanks to high fluidity provided by our electric arc furnace. Also, we participate in the development of manganese removal device as a measure for reusing multicomponenting iron scrap (for example manganese, high tensile strength steel). We also propose refining processes combining Kinoshita electric arc furnace and manganese removal device, and design sales.
Nakametal Co., Ltd.

Nakametal Co., Ltd.

We believe that in the world of industry, even if there are things which are not needed, there is no such thing as waste. An item which is not needed by a company can, with work, be turned into something useful for a different purpose. Our company seeks to be of help to corporations which are working to reduce the amounts of waste materials. For this purpose we will utilize the expertise and technologies that we have developed since our founding in order to identify unneeded items that can be turned into useful materials. At present, while environmental protection and recycling are expected from all companies, our company is not satisfied with just this. We are working to improve our environmental performance, correctly evaluate the value of items, and return this value to our customers.
