Since our founding in 1972, we have specialized in precision machining that utilizes wire cutting, electric discharge machines, etc.

Our company was founded in 1985 by three craftsmen of wooden pattern. Since then, thanks to our business partners, we have grown to 39 employees and 8 machining centers. Currently, we are engaged in three businesses: industrial models, auto parts inspection jigs, and models for automobile development. Although mechanization and digitalization have progressed in these businesses in recent years, the experiences and skills of skilled craftsmen are important factors. Since our establishment in 1973, we have been taking advantage of a high level of technology in the field of metalworking,particularly in precision cutting, and we have been involved in the manufacture of various machine parts.During this period we have made an active effort to introduce the latest machining technologies and processing machines,and we succeeded in realizing cutting technology for difficult-to-cut materials and other metal materials,and machining technology for manufacturing free-form surface parts by using simultaneous multi-axis machining driven by three dimensional CAD and CAM.We are now able to meet many customer expectations due to a high standard in parts machining,by combining advanced machining technologies with traditional craftsmanship skills.We hope that we are able to play a part in realizing a rich society by responding to customers' expectations by further improving quality , skill and technology.

We manufacture apparatus mainly for mixing, storage and transportation of resin raw materials including machined parts, especially precision sheet metal such as stainless steel. We can handle general sheet metal processing and machining, specializing in stainless steel processing.

We are engaged in integrated production of machine tools, including design, manufacturing, and assembly.We are also capable of producing OEM products, and are particularly skilled at high-precision processing. We supply our own materials for can-making, annealing, machining, grinding and finishing to produce various parts and unit kits as finished products that we deliver to our customers. We have also established a new factory exclusively for mass production to meet your needs.

Our company has 15 hears of experience in our primary field: the installation, inspection, and instruction of the automated warehouses and NC machining equipment that are produced by Seibu Electric and Machinery Co., Ltd. We are also involved in the metal machining field, primarily wire cutting and electrical discharge machining. We mainly engaged in surface processing such as metal processing, HVOF thermal spraying, alumite treatment,SEP processing etc. of precision machining and polishing processing, etc.In precision machining / polishing processing, we flexibly respond to customer's needs from large lot to various kinds of small lot.In HVOF thermal spraying, we adopt advanced technologies such as processing of airplane parts and thermal spraying on resins.As for alumite treatment, lubricating alumite, water repellent alumite, etc. in addition to hard alumite are performed.Having been pursuing "melting" technology for SEP treatment, we remove fine burr of metal parts such as iron, stainless steel and copper.These technologies have allowed us to create a system for integrated production from machining to finishing.
