We slice kamaboko (without wood plate) for commercial and professional use into 2 to 12 mm slices, then vacuum seal them. We made a wide variety of kamaboko including “shiki” kamaboko stamped with a seasonal flower and kamaboko used as the core of “maki-sushi” or chirashi-zushi, chawan-mushi and soup ingredient to meet the customer needs. In addition, our customized gifts for wedding ceremonies are extremely popular and have been highly praised by our customers.
