LOKOSOL
LOKOSOL provides its proprietary application and training services to companies that are struggling with developing and retaining human resources. We help companies develop the human skills of their employees and improve psychological safety in the workplace.

The LOKOSOL application has the following two features.
1 A system to develop human skills such as "the ability to step forward" and "the ability to work in a team," that form the foundation of work through the practice of experiential learning theory. These skills are especially necessary in this day and age when employees are less proactive.
2 As an alternative to communication over drinks, this system allows employees to readily share their thoughts and feelings. By improving the openness of the workplace, the effectiveness of human resource development is enhanced.
These two features help supervisors and subordinates see eye to eye and transform on-the-job training and one-on-one interactions in the workplace into a quality form of training. We effectively support employee growth and organizational revitalization.
