For 80 years, we have been a manufacturer for kamaboko (boiled fish paste formed into cakes), keeping our long tradition of making Hiroshima Kusatsu Kamaboko. We strive to offer a safe, good quality product in accordance with the award we received in 1996 for sanitary facilities from the Japan Food Hygiene Association.
