Company PR
Since founded in 1865, we have brewed tasty sharp typical Hiroshima sake maintaining the traditional brewing process. We only use nongenetically-modified rice made in Hiroshima prefecture to brew unique healthy safe sake. We started making plum wine using sake in 2007 and have added lemon and kabosu (a sort of citrus) wine. These low-alcohol products are light and quaffable and appreciated by both men and women.
These sake have the clear taste that is representative of Hiroshima sake.
Enjoy them as a gift or as your regular sake.
Ume-shu, lemon-shu, and kabosu-shu: Based on sake, these unique liquors bring out the original tastes of the ingredients.
