Based on the business philosophy of “communicating with the community through food”, our company supplies food and alcohol to restaurants and bars in Hiroshima and Yamaguchi Prefectures. Many of our clients are Japanese restaurants and bars, and our specialty is seafood such as frozen tuna, but in recent years our range of clients has grown to include many different types of restaurant, and we have extended our range of supply to a wide variety of products. Also, we have an in-house shipping division, and many clients make use of our delivery service. Our delivery area extends across Hiroshima Prefecture (all areas) and Yamaguchi Prefecture (excluding some areas), and our particular specialty is refrigerated transportation. From product storage to packing and delivery, all tasks are performed seamlessly within the company.

Hiroshima Nishiyama Seika Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells cut fruits using domestic and foreign fruits. The staff cuts fruits manually, which allows fine cuts that is difficult to be done by machine manufacturing, and fine manufacturing according to demand. We also manufacture and sell personalized products (party fruits) with finer cuts and arrangements, by taking advantage of our strong point that the staff can do it manually.

We established a seasoned seaweed processing industry as Hamano Tokusou Shoten in the city of Hiroshima, Hiroshima Prefecture. After that, we introduced the high technologies including "Nori Automatic Toast and Dry Line" and seaweed foreign body and shape inspection machine. The factory, which was rebuilt in 2007, acquired "Hiroshima Prefecture’s health management certification" and it features a course of visit at factory. In March 2009, "Hiroshima oyster-flavored seaweed" was approved as "The Hiroshima Brand Delicious Dishes". We continue to develop flavored seaweed using local ingredients throughout Japan. We also started exporting to foreign countries in 2009. We offer our products to Japanese restaurant, department stores overseas.

We have specialized in soybeans for over half a century. We have made it our mission to contribute to consumers’ lifestyles by making use of soybeans for “food and health”. At our company, we have established the product development department, to investigate potential uses for soybeans, and as soybean specialists, we are working on development for specific applications.
