Company PR

More than 80 years since our founding in 1939, we have continued to supply casting products, mainly small parts for engine, to major assembly companies. Our company performs integrated production system, from producing materials to machining and to heat treatment. The Nitto brand tappets have been highly rated for its reliability by the industry. Another base of our business is air cocks and air valves that are used in brakes for trains. Our products in this category also control a high share of the market.
The advantages of Nitto casting system are follows:
(1) Our shell mold method delivers high dimensional accuracy and makes products with smooth surfaces.
(2) Our chilled casting technology yields superior corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
(3) Our casting system takes advantage especially with comparatively small sizes.
Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

Other

In 1995 established a joint venture in Handan in China, allowing large-scale cost reductions for casting products, ductile iron products. This joint venture is continuing to deliver products to major Japanese manufacturers. In 2011, Iwami Nitto Industry Co.,Ltd. was established in Ota-shi, Shimane through stock transfer. Kawajiri's casting process was transferred and integrated as the third production base of the group. In order to correspond to the expanding demand in the Chinese market, the second company, “Lehman Machine Co., Ltd.” was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of our company in China. Please contact us if you are considering how to reduce costs for casting products.
