With 25 factories throughout Japan, our main business is the manufacture and sales of bread, Japanese-style confectionery, Western-style confectionery, processed breads and prepared rice products and side dishes, as well as a variety of product groups such as jam, desserts, prepared vacuum-packed foods, biscuits, cookies, and rice crackers.
We also operate the “Daily Yamazaki” convenience stores, the “Yamazaki Shop” with the functions of a convenience store, the “Vie de France” bakery cafe chain that utilizes our frozen bread dough, and the “Saint Etoile” fresh bakery.
