With 25 factories throughout Japan, our main business is the manufacture and sales of bread, Japanese-style confectionery, Western-style confectionery, processed breads and prepared rice products and side dishes, as well as a variety of product groups such as jam, desserts, prepared vacuum-packed foods, biscuits, cookies, and rice crackers.
We also operate the “Daily Yamazaki” convenience stores, the “Yamazaki Shop” with the functions of a convenience store, the “Vie de France” bakery cafe chain that utilizes our frozen bread dough, and the “Saint Etoile” fresh bakery. With the continuing expansion and activation of our company, we make every effort to improve our services to meet the diversifying needs of our customers.
