With the motto of “corrosion resistance (brightness) and shine with stainless steel”, we have developed and promoted “Removing Welding Burns Method by Neutral Salt Electrolysis” that is friendly to both people and the environment to remove welding burns, rust and dirt on stainless steel surfaces without using poisonous and deleterious substances. Also,we have developrd new applications of electrolytic method and finally, it has been evolved into a surface modification method. of "Ultra Passivation" that is effective in preventing pitting corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, which can be said to be a fatal defect of stainless steel. We are R & D type company.
At the same time, we established a new business to be entrusted with "Ultra passivation treatment" as a measure to improve corrosion resistance and prevent stress corrosion cracking in operating food machinery and chemical plants, and are developing it on a country-wide basis. Such aggressive management was recognized, and at the end of 2017, it was selected by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a “regional future leader company”.
There has been no decline in our desire for research and development. For example, we recently have made it possible to remove welding burns on a thick plate of 10 mm or more in thickness, which was impossible with electrolytic method alone, by combining grinding and electrolysis.

Technology Employed
Chemical industry
* Remove burns associated with welding of stainless steel and rust on stainless steel with an electrolytic method. Partial electropolishing and modification is also possible.
* Provide the surface modification process that improves the stainless steel’s resistance to pitting corrosion by chlorine to a higher level.
Chemical industry
* Anyone can nondestructively distinguish the alloy components included in stainless steel such as nickel and chrome.
Chemical industry
* Allows anyone to identify nondestructively the existence and strength of passivated layer on stainless steel surfaces at the given site.
Chemical industry
* Anyone can nondestructively distinguish SUS316 and the antibacteria stainless steel containing copper.
Primary Area of Technical Expertise

Surface cleaning technology such as removal of welding burns, rust and dirt on stainless steel, and decontamination of radioactively contaminated metal parts.
・Simple discrimination technology for stainless steel grade and passivation degree of stainless steel.
・Ultra-passivation technology that is dramatically improves the corrosion resistance of stainless steel and is effective in removing stress corrosion cracking of stainless steel.

Future Technical Challenges
Chemical industry
New technology for the relevant industries in order to expand the use of our products from our current focus of the welding industry into other industries in which stainless steel products are used.
